Claims Administrator/Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Administrator/Associate to join our team, supporting the smooth management and progression of insurance claims while gaining valuable experience in the loss adjusting industry.

Specific task:-

• Assist in the investigation, assessment, and management of insurance claims
• Liaise with insured parties to obtain the necessary documents, information, and supporting evidence.
• Communicate with insurers, brokers, insured parties, and other relevant stakeholders on claim-related matters.
• Review and organize claim documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing adjustment reports for submission to insurers.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and queries to ensure claims progress smoothly and within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate claim files, correspondence, and supporting records.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support throughout the claims process.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (such as Insurance, Business, Finance, Occupational Health and Safety or any other relevant qualification) or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in the Insurance field would be an added advantage.
• Professionalism and Ethical Conduct, Team Player, Good Communication Skills, Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, Adaptability, Good Time Management, Microsoft Office Skills
• Malaysian Citizen.
