Claims Analyst

Position: CLAIMS ANALYST

Qualifications:

• With HMO experience, especially in reimbursement claims processing
• With a strong HMO background
• Strong knowledge of claims processes
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Willing to work in Ayala, Makati

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Assess life insurance claims (death, critical illness, disability) for completeness and validity
• Determine claim eligibility based on policy provisions, coverage, and exclusions
• Coordinate with internal teams for fraud validation when necessary
• Liaise with policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and brokers regarding claim status
• Verify submitted documents such as death certificates, medical records, and policy details

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
