Position: Claims & Arbitration Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims & Arbitration Associate to join our Logistics Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and investigating shipment-related claims, including lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Job Description:

• Receive, review, and process customer claims related to lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered shipments.
• Investigate claims by reviewing shipment records, proof of delivery (POD), photos, GPS logs, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Dispatch, and Delivery Teams to gather necessary information for claim investigations.
• Recommend appropriate claim resolutions, including reimbursement, replacement, or claim denial when applicable.
• Identify recurring claim trends and recommend process improvements to minimize future incidents.

Qualifications:

1. Atleast 1-2years of experience, preferably with a logistic background

2. With claims investigation or validating experience (Logistic Industry)

3. Good Excel and Communication skills.

4. Focus on validation (lost, delayed and damaged) for approval or decline claims.

5. Experience in Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok or other social media platforms is an advantage.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
