Claims & Underwriting Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims & Underwriting Officer to support claims and underwriting operations. You will be responsible for reviewing documentation, processing requests, and ensuring cases are handled accurately according to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process claims and underwriting-related requests.
• Verify submitted documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess cases based on established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle email and documentation-related enquiries.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned cases.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Previous experience in claims, underwriting, insurance, banking, finance, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation and data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
