About the role
Responsible for assisting in the processing and administration of pre-need claims inside the office and in the office of Insurance Commission under Conservatorship Receivership Liquidation Division (CRL) by reviewing documents, verifying claim information, updating records, and ensuring timely and accurate claim handling.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of attachment for claims and certificate of full payment
- Process death claim and disability claim to Insurance Provider
- Claims preparation – Maturity/Pre-maturity/Pre-termination
- Preparation of Request for Payment (RFP)
- Monitoring the release of claims
- Handle all concerns of Planholder who will directly ask Insurance Commission
About you
- Graduate of any Business Course preferably management
- 6 months to one (1) year related experience
- Related training and Seminars
- Computer Literate with good communication skills
