Claims Assistant Manager

• Technical guidance and coach to Employer liability claims team
• Handle complicated domestic Body injury claims
• Vendor management
• Joint efforts with marketing & underwriter in product development and marketing facing activities
• Handle claims enquiry from internal & external customers
• Reporting and claims data analysis by portfolio / channel Qualifications: 1. 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Law education background preferred
• Insurance basics
• Employer Liability / Medical products
• Negotiation, disability related preferred
• People management, team leader preferred
• Body Injury claims handling
• Customer service
• Fluent English
