Role Overview:
Handle medical insurance claims by reviewing claim information, verifying member eligibility and provider details, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process medical insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Verify claim details, member eligibility, and provider information.
• Identify and resolve claim-related issues.
• Meet accuracy and productivity targets while following SOPs.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
