Claims Associate insurance process

Job Summary
We are hiring Claims Associates to manage and process insurance claims while coordinating with customers, insurers, adjusters and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end claims processing and administration.
• Review and verify claim forms, supporting documents and policy details.
• Validate claims against policy terms, conditions and coverage.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, loss adjusters and other stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies and obtain additional information or documentation when required.
• Process claims accurately within defined turnaround times and service-level agreements.
• Maintain accurate claim records and update systems regularly.
• Identify potential fraud, errors or irregularities and escalate them appropriately.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder queries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on claim status and pending cases.
