Position: Creditors Clerk (Temporary Position)
Location: Northern Suburbs

Main Objective of the Position

To assist with the accounts payable function by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, reconciling creditor statements, resolving queries and supporting general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Reconciling creditor statements.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
• Handling queries related to accounts payable.
• Assisting with general accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Computer literate, with experience in accounting software preferred.
• Must reside in the Northern Suburbs.
• Available to start immediately.
