Role & responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process insurance claims submitted by clients.
• Liaise with insurance companies to follow up on claim approvals and settlements.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately, in compliance with policy terms and company guidelines
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding the status of their claims
• .Assist clients in completing claim forms and providing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims.
• Maintain organized records of all claims and prepare periodic reports. Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims as per company policy
