Claims Consultant

JCW is currently recruiting for a Claims Consultant on behalf of a leading insurance brokerage in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid, client-facing opportunity supporting commercial clients with complex Property & Casualty claims. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic claims advocacy, coverage guidance, and claims consulting support while working closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders to achieve favorable claim outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and advocate for complex commercial Property & Casualty claims, including high-severity losses.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing claims guidance, strategic recommendations, and ongoing support.
• Work closely with carriers, adjusters, and internal teams to facilitate claim resolution and address coverage disputes.
• Review policy language, coverage determinations, and reservation-of-rights letters to support clients throughout the claims process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims experience within commercial insurance, including claims adjusting or brokerage claims consulting.
• Strong experience handling complex commercial Property & Casualty claims, including general liability, property, and other commercial lines.
• Insurance brokerage experience strongly preferred.
• Active adjuster license required.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage complex claims and build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
