About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage claim lodgements for make safes, quotes, and reports.
• Schedule site attendances and co-ordinate contractors for repairs on small value claims.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, offering assistance or redirecting as needed.
• Arrange contractors for emergency or temporary repairs.
• Respond to client queries and provide regular updates on the status of repairs.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Achieve set business KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven customer service experience (essential)
• Experience in insurance or building industry (essential)
• Professional phone manner and reliability
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases)
• Team player with a willingness to learn
