Job Title: Senior Claims Examiner/Processor
Location: Irving TX, 75039
Duration: Full Time
Requirements:
· Experience Healthcare Payor Claims Processing experience (insurance side)
· Knowledge of CMS 1500/UB 04 Claims Forms
· Strong data entry and attention to detail
· Computer skills, Epic or Meditech a plus!
· Good communication skills
· Understanding of HIPAA guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
· Process and adjudicate healthcare claims accurately
· Review UB-04 & CMS 1500 claims
· Resolve claim pend issues
· Respond to provider and customer inquiries
· Maintain quality and accuracy standards
· Work with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing
