Claims Executive – Job Description
Location: Raiganj, West Bengal
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate
Responsibilities:
- Handle hospital TPA, insurance, cashless & reimbursement claims.
- Coordinate with TPAs/insurance companies for approvals and settlements.
- Verify and maintain claim-related documents.
- Follow up on pending claims, queries and rejections.
- Coordinate with billing, MRD and clinical departments.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of hospital claims/TPA processes preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel/computer knowledge.
- Freshers with relevant TPA/Claims internship may apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
