Claims Executive

Handle claims within the delegated authority limit.

Seek advice and handling authority from the Senior Executive, Claims and above, where required.

Advise policyholders and claimants on policy and claims-related matters.

Negotiate and settle claims accurately and promptly with policyholders, other insurers, third-party claimants and workshops.

Ensure claims are assessed correctly according to policy coverage and within the assigned authority limit, with adequate reserves set.

Manage correspondence, enquiries and complaints professionally and respond in a timely manner.

Liaise effectively with service providers, including surveyors, workshops and legal firms, to ensure quality claims service.

Review claim files.

Perform other duties as assigned.

*QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE*

Strong knowledge of claims-related SOPs and relevant insurance products and services.

Ability to identify customer satisfaction issues and escalate them to management.

Good knowledge of local legislation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers at different levels.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
