理赔经理 / Claims Manager

工作职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 负责保险业务的理赔案件全流程处理
• 负责与分出公司、公估人、检验人及客户进行理赔沟通、谈判与协调
• 负责理赔数据的统计与分析，编制理赔报告，监控理赔率与赔付成本
• 负责建立健全公司理赔管理制度、流程和操作规范
• 参与再保险赔案的摊回工作
• 协助进行理赔相关的风险评估与防灾防损工作
• 完成上司交办的其他工作
• Manage the full lifecycle of insurance claims
• Communicate, negotiate and coordinate with cedants, loss adjusters, surveyors and clients on claims matters
• Perform claims data analysis, prepare claims reports, and monitor claims ratio and loss costs
• Establish and maintain claims management policies, procedures and operational guidelines
• Participate in reinsurance claims recovery
• Assist in claims-related risk assessment and loss prevention activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

任职要求 / Requirements

学历与经验 / Education & Experience

• 持有大学本科或以上学历，主修核物理、电力、自动化、保险、金融、工商管理、财务管理、经济等相关科目
• 具备3年或以上相关工作经验
• 具有保险理赔、公估或相关领域经验者可获优先考虑
• 具有大型或复杂财产保险理赔经验者可获优先考虑
• Bachelor's degree or above in Nuclear Physics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics or related disciplines
• 3 years or more of relevant working experience
• Experience in insurance claims, loss adjusting or related fields is preferred
• Experience in handling large or complex property insurance claims is preferred

• 具备良好的职业道德与诚信记录
• 熟悉财产保险尤其特险类业务理赔流程及再保险摊回流程
• 具备较强的案件调查、损失核定、谈判沟通和报告撰写能力
• 责任心强，具备一定的抗压能力
• Strong professional ethics and integrity
• Familiar with property insurance claims processes and reinsurance recovery procedures, especially for special risks
• Strong skills in case investigation, loss assessment, negotiation and report writing
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

语言能力 / Language Skills

• 具备良好的中英文书写及口语能力

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
