Claims Manager

We are looking for a Claims Manager to oversee the assessment, investigation, and resolution of customer claims. This role is responsible for ensuring that claims are properly validated, supported by complete documentation, processed within the required turnaround time, and settled fairly and accurately in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess customer claims and determine their validity based on company guidelines.
• Lead or participate in claims investigations and gather relevant facts and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with UCC, Track & Trace, Warehouse, Transport, HR, and other concerned teams during investigations.
• Review and validate documents required for claims assessment.
• Handle claimant/client inquiries and concerns regarding claims.
• Communicate claims decisions clearly and professionally.
• Monitor and ensure timely processing of claims transactions.
• Prepare claims reports and monitor pending and resolved cases.
• Ensure consistent application of company claims policies and guidelines.
• Help maintain quality service and professional handling of claimants/clients.

Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in claims, logistics operations, customer service, insurance, freight/cargo claims, or a related field.
• Experience in claims investigation, assessment, documentation, or dispute resolution is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
