理賠專員 Claims Officer

崗位職責：

1. 公司全險種業務的全流程理賠處理，包括但不限於接報案、立案、估損、查勘、資料收集、責任判定、損失核定、和解結案、追償、殘值處理、法律訴訟等；
2. 合理借助第三方專業資源，包括公估人、律師、行業專家等，妥善處理賠案、履行保險合同約定，並監督第三方機構工作，合理管控成本，提供良好客戶服務；
3. 與公司內部相關部門、客戶、保險中介機構、共保公司、再保公司等妥善溝通協調，確保案件得以順暢處理完結；
4. 協助理賠報告的編制及基礎數據統計分析；協助為承保部、業務部提供典型案例及風險建議；
5. 上級部署的其他工作任務。

崗位要求：

1. 本科及以上學歷，有保險、法律、航運、工程、風險管理等相關教育及工作背景者優先；
2. 有CII、ANZIIF等保險專業資格認證者優先；
3. 有香港一般保險理賠工作經驗者優先；
4. 有良好的中英文書寫和口語能力；
5. 有良好的自我管理和溝通能力，強烈的事業心和對工作的熱情，能夠獨立工作，抗壓能力強；
6. 有團隊意識及合作精神，有進取心。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Full process claims handling for all insurance classes, including but not limited to receiving loss advice, filing cases, reserve allocation, site survey, document collection, policy liability assessment, loss adjustment, settlement, recovery, salvage, and legal proceedings, etc.
2. Through collaboration with third-party professional resources, including adjusters, lawyers, experts, etc., to properly handle claims, fulfill insurance contract agreements, supervise the work of third-party organizations, reasonably control costs, and provide good customer service.
3. Properly communicate and coordinate with relevant internal departments, clients, insurance intermediaries, co-insurance companies, reinsurance companies, etc., to ensure smooth case handling and completion.
4. Assist in the preparation of claims reports and basic data analysis; share typical cases and provide risk recommendations to underwriting and business departments.
5. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in insurance, law, shipping, engineering, risk management, or related fields.
2. Possession of professional insurance qualifications such as CII or ANZIIF is preferred.
3. Prior experience in local general insurance claims handling is preferred.
4. Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5. Demonstrate strong self-management and communication abilities, exhibit a determined career focus and enthusiasm for the role, capable of working autonomously and thriving under pressure.
6. Embrace a team-oriented and cooperative mindset, displaying proactive behavior.
