Our Client, one of the leading and reputable healthcare organisations in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Claims Officer.

They are located in Singapore – easily accessible via various modes of transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial accident cases from initial enquiry through treatment coordination, documentation, billing and case closure.
• Collect and maintain relevant patient, injury, employer and billing information.
• Coordinate clinic referrals, specialist appointments, transportation and follow-up treatments.
• Liaise with patients, employers, clinics, insurers, brokers and claims adjusters.
• Support WICA-related documentation, medical reports and insurer follow-ups.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in industrial accident cases, WICA claims, healthcare case management, emergency care or insurance claims.
• Working knowledge of Singapore’s WICA processes.
• Familiarity with foreign-worker documentation.
