Claims Officer

Our client is an established and well-rounded Insurance firm, looking for a Property and Motor Insurance Consultants to join their expanding team. They have beautiful modern offices, located central to all modes of transport making it easily accessible to all. 

The Role    

• Assisting with a portfolio of claims
• Attending to inbound phone calls and lodging claims
• Managing claim general inquiries
• Providing clients with information on product offerings
• Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
• Hourly: $35 - $45 per hour + super
• Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + plus super
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Location: Sydney CBD

Ideal Candidate

• Experience within property/motor claims industry is essential
• Strong customer service and administration skills essential
• Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
• Sales and Call Center experience desirable
• The ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
