Claims OP Encoder (Reliever)

The Claims OP Encoder is responsible for entering a member's out-patient availment information to the utilization ledger based on received claims documents to ensure proper recording and computation of client/member utilization as well as processing of payment to our accredited providers.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree, preferrably Allied Medical course

Relevant Work Experience:

• Preferably with one (1) year of comparable work experience; Willing to work on shifting schedule

Work Style:

• Diligent, organized, and highly detail oriented.
• Flexible, proactive, and demonstrates sound judgment.
• Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Skills:

• Proficient data entry and typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Knowledge of medical terminologies, illnesses & coding
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
