Claims Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Life Claims Operations professional to support the Life Claims Team in managing major claim cases. The role will be responsible for daily case assignments, case filtering, workload allocation, outstanding case monitoring, claims reporting, and coordination between teams to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily Life Claims case assignments.
• Perform case filtering and allocate cases based on workload and operational requirements.
• Monitor outstanding and pending cases and follow up to ensure timely processing.
• Generate, maintain, and update claims reports and tracking records.
• Support workload and resource planning for the Life Claims Team.
• Coordinate case transfers between relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate case information and ensure data integrity.
• Perform data checking and quality control to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Support basic data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Navigate internal systems efficiently to retrieve and update claim-related information.

About you

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in claims, insurance operations, case management, or a similar operational environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good system navigation skills.

• Strong quality control and data-checking skills.

• Basic data analysis and reporting experience.

• Good organizational and workload management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.
