Claims Processor

We are looking for a Claims Processor to join our Baliuag Service Office.

In this role, you will help ensure that motor and non-motor insurance claims are evaluated accurately, processed efficiently, and properly documented, contributing to a smooth claims experience for our clients.

• Work Hours: 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and process motor and non-motor insurance claims handled by the Branch.
• Monitor and regularly update the claims tracker and monitoring reports.
• Conduct on-site vehicle and property inspections for pre-acceptance risk assessment and claims evaluation.
• Identify pre-existing and accident-related damages during inspections.
• Prepare detailed inspection and survey reports, including findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Prepare and submit weekly claims and branch consolidation reports to Head Office.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure claims are handled accurately and within required timelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of any 4 year business course
• Experience in claims processing of non-life insurance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of motor insurance and automotive parts/components is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct on-site vehicle and property inspections.

Pay: Php140,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Claims Processing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Non Life Insurance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional driver's license (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
