Claims Processor

We’re looking for a Claims Processor to join our Calamba Service Office and play an important role in ensuring insurance claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll evaluate motor and non-motor claims, conduct on-site inspections, prepare assessment reports, and work closely with different stakeholders to help deliver a smooth claims experience for our clients.

• Work Hours: 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Evaluate and process motor and non-motor insurance claims handled by the Branch.

·         Conduct on-site vehicle and property inspections for pre-acceptance risk assessment and claims evaluation.

·         Identify pre-existing and accident-related damages and document inspection findings.

·         Prepare detailed inspection and survey reports, including findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.

·         Maintain and regularly update the claims tracker and monitoring reports.

·         Prepare and submit weekly claims and branch consolidation reports to Head Office.

·         Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure claims are properly assessed, documented, and processed on time.

·         Help maintain a high standard of accuracy and service throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
• Experience in non-life insurance claims is an advantage.
• Knowledge of motor insurance and automotive parts is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to do fieldwork and on-site inspections.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with reports and documents.
