Handle end-to-end claims processing and administration.

• Review and verify claim forms, supporting documents, and policy details.

• Validate claims against policy terms, conditions, and coverage.

• Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders.

• Investigate discrepancies and obtain additional information or documentation when required.

• Process claims accurately within defined turnaround times and service-level agreements.

• Maintain accurate claim records and update systems regularly.

• Identify potential fraud, errors, or irregularities and escalate them appropriately.

• Respond to customer and stakeholder queries professionally and promptly.

• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on claim status and pending cases.

• Follow internal processes, quality standards, compliance requirements, and data protection guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
