Claims Project Employee

Job Role

· Collates, reviews, and validates claim documents for completeness and accuracy.

· Evaluates insurance claims and determines whether they are compensable based on policy coverage and supporting documentation.

· Negotiates with repair shops, service providers, and other parties to achieve fair and reasonable claim settlements.

· Conducts damage inspections and investigations when necessary to verify claim validity and assess the extent of loss.

· Reviews findings and recommends appropriate claim resolutions and settlements.

· Responds to and resolves claim-related inquiries, concerns, and complaints from clients and stakeholders.

· Maintains accurate claims records and databases, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.

· Analyzes and reviews claims data to monitor trends, support reporting requirements, and improve claims management processes.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or any related/equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in claims processing, insurance, automotive, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on available data and information.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate good judgment in evaluating and resolving claims.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey decisions and information to internal and external clients, whether favorable or unfavorable.
• Willing to conduct vehicle inspections and verify damaged parts when necessary.
• Willing to be assigned to and coordinate with partner dealerships as required.
• Willing to work on Saturdays, with corresponding offset days during weekdays based on business requirements.
• Willing to report onsite at the BGC office and assigned partner dealership near Sta. Rosa.
• Willing to be a project-based employment for 12 months.

Work Location: In person
