Claims Settlement Associate

Job Responsibilities

Claims Settlement Associate is responsible for reviewing and auditing the accuracy of claim amounts, including shipping and declared goods value, whether with or without applicable valuation amount

Job Description:

1. Manage and process e-commerce claims payments, ensuring compliance with contract agreements and platform policies.

2. Verify claim details, including the claims amount, shipping, and valuation, to ensure accuracy and correctness.

3. Track and monitor the progress of claims payment processing of regional finance claims for VIPs/Walk-In clients to avoid delays in compensations.

4. Responsible for encoding the final responsible unit for assigned platform confirmed claims in the NCC Finance system.

5. Maintain organized records of claims data, ensuring proper archiving and storage in line with company standards.

6. Handling internal and external communication for claims settlement.
