We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Team as a Claims Specialist in our Hamilton Office.

What will you be doing?

You’ll quickly develop a great understanding of the benefits of both domestic and commercial insurance and how the industry operates as a whole.  Your day will involve pro-actively managing the claims process for our clients; this involves end to end responsibility for lodging & negotiating claims, liaising with insurers and other parties, problem-solving and working to ensure our clients get the very best outcome possible.  You’ll be working closely with insurers, solicitors, repairers, suppliers and third parties, so the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships is extremely important.

We’re the people our clients turn to for help and advice, so you’ll need to have a calm, reassuring manner and be able to communicate clearly and confidently to explain the claim process and how we’ll work to resolve the situation.  Empathy, honesty and positivity are vital.
