What they need
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily shipment claims including delay, RTS (Return to Sender), lost, and damage cases
- Analyze tracking history, shipment milestones, and exception events to determine case status
- Compile and upload complete supporting documents such as PODs, exception reports, and branch verification notes
- Prepare accurate case files in compliance with SLA requirements and internal guidelines
- Assist supervisors in claims review and arbitration decisions through proper case evaluation and documentation
About you
- College diploma or higher
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to interpret tracking flows, shipment statuses, and logistics exceptions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Functional English communication skills
