Claims Supervisor

About the role

Supervise day-to-day operations of the claims department to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Review and adjudicate claims to determine validity and authorize payment. Provide guidance and training to claims adjusters to enhance their performance. Collaborate with other departments to address claims-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Monitor claims compliance and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in claims processing or supervision for Non-Life
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in claims management software
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to handle complex claims and make sound decisions
