At Gist, part of the M&S Group , we’re looking for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our team at Bedworth helping us keep M&S stores supplied every day.

You’ll have regular work, consistent hours, a modern fleet and the benefits that come with being part of the wider M&S family – all backed by a transport team that knows how important our drivers are to the operation.

• Days Per hour £18.75
• Unsocial Premium (hrs worked between 20:00-06:00): £2.83
• Overtime Mon - Fri £22.13
• Weekend pay per hour £27.33
• Location: Bedworth
• Experience: Minimum 18 months' Class 1 driving experience

• Hours:40
• AM shift Thurs - Mon with start times between 02:00 - 04:00
• AM shift - Fri - Mon with start times between 05:00 - 07:00
• Night shift - Sat - Wed with start times between 22:00 - 23:59

Additional shift premiums may apply depending on your working pattern.

What You'll Be Doing Store Deliveries

As one of our Class 1 Drivers, you'll play an important role in keeping M&S moving.

You'll be completing store deliveries, making sure products arrive safely, efficiently and on time while providing a professional service at every location.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Completing planned deliveries to M&S stores
• Carrying out vehicle and safety checks
• Completing relevant delivery paperwork
• Working safely and efficiently to planned schedules
• Keeping in touch with our transport team throughout your shift
• Representing Gist and M&S professionally on the road and at stores

You'll Need What we're looking for

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• A minimum of 18 months' Class 1 driving experience
• Valid Driver CPC
• A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards
• A professional and safety-focused approach
• A reliable, team-focused attitude
• Confidence with manual handling where required
