Class 1 Driver

About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be apart of a great Transport & Logistics company as a Class 1 driver. This role is based in Christchurch, Canterbury. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region. Your dedication to customer service and attention to detail will be vital to the success of this role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operating Class 1 vehicles to transport general freight
• Completing route planning and load management to ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records for each delivery
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

What We're Looking For

• A current Class 1 driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Experience operating heavy vehicles in a logistics role
• Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
