What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate Class 1 trucks with gooseneck, fifth-wheel, and bumper-pull trailers.
• Transport heavy equipment, machinery, oilfield equipment, construction materials, and oversized loads.
• Secure loads using proper tie-down techniques and ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
• Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Accurately complete logbooks, inspection reports, trip paperwork, and electronic documentation.
• Plan routes and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional truck and trailer.
• Represent North Twin Industries professionally at customer sites.
• Follow all company safety policies, JSAs, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment when required.

QualificationsRequired

• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
• Clean driver's abstract
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Experience hauling with gooseneck or equipment trailers
• Strong understanding of load securement regulations
• Able to work extended hours and travel as required
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and securing loads safely

Preferred

• Oilfield or industrial transportation experience
• Winch experience
• Oversize load experience
• Equipment operating experience
• Forklift certification
• First Aid/CPR
• H2S Alive
• CSTS 2020
• WHMIS
• TDG
