Class 1 Truck Driver

Aggressive Transport is looking for Class 1 Company Drivers to operate 36' to 53' tractor-trailers throughout the Lower Mainland, servicing locations from West Vancouver to Hope. This position involves a combination of local and highway work, and requires drivers who have experience operating in both environments. Drivers may also complete deliveries using a 10-ton truck equipped with two axles and a rail gate. We are seeking professional, safety-focused individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

There are two shift times available:

• Afternoon Shift: Either a Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday schedule, with start times between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, working approximately 45 to 55 hours per week across four workdays.
• Day Shift: Either a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday schedule, with start times between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM, working approximately 45 to 55 hours per week across five workdays.

What You'll Do

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations with trailers ranging from 36' to 53'
• Complete local and regional deliveries throughout the Lower Mainland
• Operate 10-ton trucks equipped with two axles and a rail gate when required
• Safely transport freight while maintaining compliance with all Hours of Service regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and dispatch teams
• Support highway route coverage as business needs require

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
• Manual transmission experience or endorsement preferred
• Clean driver's abstract
• Strong safety mindset and professional attitude
• Experience with both local (Lower Mainland/Valley) and highway driving preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
