CLASS 1 WINCH TRUCK OPERATORS

Jerico Specialized Hauling Inc. is seeking experienced, safety-conscious Class 1 Winch Truck Operators to join our team. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals with experience in oilfield transportation, heavy equipment hauling, and operating various truck and trailer configurations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence.
• Previous winch truck experience is required.
• Experience operating Texas Bed trucks.
• Oilfield transportation and heavy hauling experience considered an asset.
• Experience operating various trailer configurations, including lowboys, RGNs, jeeps, and other specialized hauling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of load securement procedures and transportation safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in remote oilfield locations.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment fitness assessment and drug and alcohol testing.
• Must provide a current Driver's Abstract.
• Must provide a list of all current safety certifications and tickets.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload various types of oilfield and heavy equipment, including:
• Drilling and service rig equipment.
• 400–1,000 BBL tanks.
• Rig mats, access mats, and related equipment.
• Heavy machinery and specialized oilfield equipment.
• Operate winch trucks and various truck and trailer combinations.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured in accordance with applicable transportation regulations.
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with applicable Hours of Service regulations.
• Identify, report, and document workplace hazards and safety concerns.
• Attend monthly company safety meetings and participate in on-site safety discussions.
• Maintain equipment in a clean, safe, and professional operating condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and on-site personnel.
• Work independently in remote locations while maintaining company safety and operational standards.
