Alignz Recruitment is looking for reliable, safety-focused Class 2 Drivers with traffic management tickets and hands-on experience to join our team for work across Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty.

If you're confident behind the wheel, understand traffic management operations and take pride in getting the job done safely, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Operating Class 2 vehicles across Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty.
• Supporting traffic management crews and roadwork operations.
• Assisting with traffic control setups, equipment transport and site preparation as required.
• Working alongside site teams to maintain safe traffic and pedestrian movements.
• Completing vehicle checks and ensuring loads and equipment are secure.
• Following site safety procedures and relevant traffic management requirements.

What we're looking for

• A valid New Zealand Class 2 driver's license.
• Current traffic management tickets relevant to the work.
• Previous experience in traffic management, roadworks or civil construction.
• A strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• The ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing site requirements.
• Flexibility to travel to different job sites throughout the Bay of Plenty.
• The ability to pass a pre employment Drug and Alcohol screen.
