Class 3 Mixer Driver

About Bedford Ready Mix Bedford Ready Mix has been in operation since 1985 and is a proud member of OSCO Concrete & Aggregates Limited. Windsor performs a mix of residential work along with large-scale industrial/commercial projects. OSCO Concrete also operates a large fleet of concrete pumps, including the largest concrete boom pump east of Montreal.

Responsibilities

• Safe delivery of ready mix concrete to construction sites
• Safely unload concrete
• General cleaning and maintenance of truck
• General cleaning and maintenance of the plant and yard
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
• MUST be able to drive manual transmission
• Completion of a driver training course
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Excellent customer relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Previous experience is a definite asset
• Flexibility in work schedule (early mornings, days, late evenings)

Hourly wage for this position starts at $26.80
