  • Complete required safety documentation, including Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs), near misses and incident reports where needed.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with team members, particularly supervisors and dispatch, regarding route progress, delays, breakdowns, service issues, and any other operational concerns.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, site issues, and other route-related problems.
  • Provide professional, courteous service to customers while ensuring the company is represented positively.
  • Keep assigned vehicles and equipment clean and in good order.
  • Support other operational duties as required and actively contribute to the team by maintaining a high level of engagement, participation, and collaboration.

Skills We Are Looking For

  • Clean and acceptable driver abstract.
  • Proven ability to operate heavy-duty or commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to handle daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather, road, and route conditions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to learn new and exciting roles to advance their career.

What We Offer

  • Above average pay based on your experience and qualifications.
  • Quarterly driver performance bonuses
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits, including a flexible Health Spending Account.
  • Company matched pension plan
  • Annual boot allowance.
  • Company-provided PPE and safety equipment.
  • Paid training and ongoing development opportunities that support internal advancement and long-term career growth.
  • Stable, year-round employment with a growing well established local company.
  • Potential shift rotations that provide more predictable time off and greater all-around flexibility
  • Modern equipment backed by an experienced maintenance team.
  • A supportive, team-focused environment where your contributions are valued, with recognition and incentives for strong safety performance, dependable attendance, and a positive team-first attitude.
