We are looking for a Full Time Class 3 or Class 1 Driver / Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

The position will entail driving, operational duties & customer service

· Enjoy working with our new fleet, Roll Off, Front-Loads, Sideload & pickup trucks

· Maintain a valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract

· 2 years or more’ experience with waste management Ideal but not required

· Currently residing in the Sea to Sky Corridor & familiar with the local areas

· Assisting with deliveries Signage, bin placement and other operational tasks

· Supporting daily routes & coordinating operational needs

o Daily workloads, confirming schedules as well maintaining daily route efficiency

· Conduct & log drivers’ meetings & tailgates / JHSC & maintenance tracking

· Provide training for employees on all equipment

· Site inspections / visits

· Supporting special events,

· Monitoring inventory

· Main support for GM

What we are looking for:

· Maintain a valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver’s license

· 2 years or more’ of experience with waste management

· Strong Communication skills, reliable, positive; and safety-minded

· Mechanically inclined

· Organized and able to adapt when priorities change
