Class 3 Truck Operator

Ron’s Vacuum Service is hiring for a Class 3 Truck Operator position. 10 days-on & 4 days-off standard work schedule, home every night, competitive wages based on experience, with benefits included after 3 months, paid safety training, on-call bonus, & guaranteed hours. Applicants should hold a valid class 3 (or class 1) license, with previous experience transporting dangerous goods and ability to proficiently drive 18-speed manual transmissions preferred. Applicants must provide an acceptable driver’s abstract and resume to be considered.

We may be willing to sponsor the right candidate to obtain their class 3 license through our driver training program, if willing to commit to minimum length of employment. This right candidate must be looking for a long-term career, have a valid class 5 license, be willing to learn, show dedication to the company, and have patience while building their driving and operating experience over multiple years. In this scenario, candidates do not necessarily need driving or oilfield experience to apply, this is very limited opportunity for the right person to build a career path.

All employees report to the shop daily, so applicants need to reside in Wainwright or the immediate surrounding area to be considered. We exclusively work in the local area & are home nightly, we do not offer any camp or remote opportunities. Acceptable applicants must be energetic, physically fit, willing to work up to 15 hours shifts when required, & be safety-oriented individuals that are willing to fully participate in our safety program. Safety tickets & vac experience are an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
