Class 4 Driver / Operator – Civil Construction | Immediate Start

We’re looking for experienced Class 4 Driver / Operators to join ongoing civil construction projects for an immediate start.

We’re particularly interested in operators with experience on watercarts, rollers and loaders who are confident working across busy earthworks and civil construction sites.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who holds a Class 4 licence, has solid civil experience, and is happy to jump between driving, operating machinery and assisting the crew where required.

Skills & Experience Required

• Full Class 4 Driver Licence with proven Class 4 driving experience
• Road Ranger gearbox experience
• Current WTR endorsements
• Minimum 2 years’ Civil Construction experience
• Experience operating watercarts, rollers and/or loaders
• Confident operating machinery in active earthworks and civil environments
• Good understanding of site safety and civil construction procedures
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a crew
• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Additional heavy machinery operating experience is advantageous
• Available for an immediate start

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating watercarts, rollers and loaders
• Driving Class 4 vehicles as required
• Supporting earthworks and general civil construction activities
• Completing daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
• Assisting ground crews when required
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures
