Class 5 Driver

We’re looking for experienced Class 5 drivers to join a busy transport operation in Wellington! This is a full-time, ongoing role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. This role is approx 40/50 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6PM starts however if this isn't quite the right hours for you, feel free to apply as we have plenty of other class 5 roles that may suit better. 

About the role:

• Class 5 linehaul driving
• Regular swap runs to Palmerston North and/or Turangi as well as longer trips across New Zealand
• Full-time hours with consistent work available
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Working with a well-established transport company
• Competitive hourly rate + weekly pay

What we’re looking for:

• Full, clean Class 5 licence
• Dangerous goods ticket
• Previous Class 5 and linehaul experience
• Comfortable with both regular swap runs and longer-distance trips
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ check
