What are we looking for?

At Hall's, we are looking for an experienced reliable Class 5 Driver to join our team at our Christchurch depot, who can be the friendly face of our business and deliver chilled and frozen freight along with outstanding service for our customers and their customers. This position is for one of our night runs operating on 6 nights per week. You will be expected to transport produce freight down to Palmerston and back.

In this role you will see yourself delivering chilled & frozen food to businesses within the wider Canterbury and Otago region, this will include manual lifting and hand unloads, checking temperature settings, ensuring accuracy of documentation and completing daily vehicle checks.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Possess a full & clean Class 5 license, with a minimum of 1 years NZ Class 5 driving experience
• Possess a OSH certificate
• Experience driving truck & trailer, semis, and b-trains
• Have a good geographical knowledge of the Canterbury and Otago regions
• Have a working knowledge of EROAD & TruckMate
• To be committed to working six days per week.
