CLASS A CDL DRIVER: AVERAGE $1,400+ PER WEEK

Job Summary
Louisiana Environmental Transportation is hiring class A CDL Truck drivers to join our team and earn top pay! If you are ready to boost your income and drive, we want to talk with you!!

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vacuum trucks to collect, transport and dispose of industrial waste, liquids, sludge and other environmental materials.
• Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport and deliver roll-off containers to designated locations.
• Safely operate heavy haul trucks and trailers for the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo.
• Safely operate tractor-trailers and flatbed trailers and transport to designated locations.
• Secure loads properly, following company and DOT standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, dispatchers and clients to coordinate job tasks effectively. Communicate any issues or concerns related to equipment or job site conditions promptly.
• Act as part of the emergency response team in case of spill or accidents, following established protocols. Disaster response such as hurricane relief.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow all local, state and federal transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Three years driving experience.
• No restrictions on CDL License.
• TWIC & OSHA - required.
• HAZMAT Endorsed - preferred not required.
• Able to pass Pre-Employment drug screen.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience in oil and gas industry, including work in refineries, chemical plants, docks and field operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Must be willing to travel for jobs that require multiple days on location.
