Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. This position offers a consistent route structure with daily deliveries to the Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin areas. Drivers can expect no overnight travel and no weekend work, allowing for a strong work-life balance while maintaining full-time hours.

Schedule

• Start time between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, depending on daily route requirements and customer stops.
• Typical workday is 10-12 hours.
• Consistent routes with established destinations.
• No overnight travel.
• No weekend work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Secure loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company load securement policies.
• Follow all DOT requirements regarding truck weighing and weight compliance.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurately document findings through Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).
• Ensure all required delivery documentation, logs, inspections, and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
• Operate commercial vehicles safely and professionally while adhering to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Maintain a high level of customer service during deliveries and customer interactions.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet all DOT physical and licensing requirements.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform load securement activities, including handling straps, chains, and binders.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
