Class A CDL Driver Poult Delivery - 1st shift

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Poult Delivery Driver to join our team in Oakwood. SHIFT HOURS: Monday and Thursday 5:00am-2:00pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 1:00am-10:00am and some Saturdays 1:00am-10:00am. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work outside of listed hours if need arises.

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $24.80 with the potential of increasing to $25.30 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company approval)

All training will be provided for this Class A CDL position. Job functions include:

• Delivering poults in a timely and professional manner.
• Following all bio-security practices, SOPs, and animal handling guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Med Certification
