What You'll Do

• Safely operate a manual transmission tractor/trailer (flatbed up to 53’) on local Southern CA routes.
• Load, unload, tarp, and secure freight, ensuring accurate and damage-free deliveries.
• Represent BMD in the field in a professional and courteous manner, provide an exceptional customer experience
• Complete required DOT paperwork (i.e. e-logs), perform vehicle inspections, complete delivery paperwork, and assist in the warehouse as needed.

What You'll Need

• Valid Class A CDL and a safe driving record that meets Company and regulatory requirements
• At least 1 year of manual transmission commercial tractor/flatbed trailer experience
• Load-securement experience using straps and tarps (coils, lumber, pallets, oversized loads)
• Current DOT medical certification or ability to obtain one
• Ability to meet applicable DOT/FMCSA requirements to include completing a DOT pre-employment drug screen
