Harris Jr Transporter, LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers to operate over the road dedicated Amazon Freight routes out of Richmond, VA. As a small minority owned business backed by the consistency and technology of Amazon, we offer drivers steady freight volume, new-model equipment, overtime and opportunities to advance their careers. • Compensation: Salary between $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience/qualifications with benefits and bonus eligibility, "OVERTIME AVAILABLE"
• Bonus Eligibility: $750 sign-on/safety/performance bonus, referral bonus, and clean DOT inspection incentive
• Schedule: Consistent weekly schedule, typically 5 days on/2 days off- WEEK END DAYS OFF
• Estimated Start Date: 10-12 days after completing the OFFER LETTER
• Equipment: Brand-new Amazon-branded sleeper tractors with professional driver support equipment, your own dedicated tractor will be assigned to you!!!
• Freight: 100% no-touch Amazon freight
• Employment: W-2 position with Harris Jr Transporter, LLC. You will not be employed by Amazon.

This position is built for professional drivers who want steady work, home-next-day routes, no-touch freight, reliable dispatch support, and a company that values safety, professionalism, and respect. This is a structured Amazon freight operation — not a random OTR job.

HJT, LLC is a local transportation company with the support and structure of Amazon's official freight network. To enhance our HJT, LLC drivers' onboarding and sustained experience, our commitment to driver safety and compliance is backed by our use of J. J. Keller® Professional Services. Drivers operate Amazon-branded equipment while working directly for Harris Jr Transporter, LLC.

What You'll Do

• Haul Amazon freight on dedicated local routes
• Drive brand-new Amazon-branded sleeper tractors
• Run Solo 5 routes
• Operate 100% no-touch freight
• Work a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime built into schedule
• Communicate with dispatch and follow Amazon Relay, DOT, yard, and safety procedures
• Help HJT, LLC deliver safe, secure, professional, and on-time service every run

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must successfully pass background and driver qualification review
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Clean MVR and acceptable driving record
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English as required by DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Must be able to use handheld technology, smartphone applications, GPS, and Amazon Relay
• Must be safety-minded, dependable, professional, and willing to follow dispatch, yard, DOT, and customer procedures
• No experience required but 6 plus months of experience preferred
