Class A CDL Route Coverage Specialist

About the Role

As a Class A CDL Route Coverage Specialist, you'll be a full-time member of our driving team, cross-trained across multiple dedicated customer accounts throughout the Cincinnati area. This position is designed for drivers who enjoy variety and take pride in being a dependable resource for the operation.

You'll provide coverage when drivers are on vacation, out sick, during peak volume periods, or whenever additional route support is needed. Rather than being assigned to a single account, you'll gain experience across multiple operations, allowing you to stay engaged while growing your skills and knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and professionally
• Provide route coverage across multiple dedicated customer accounts
• Cross-train on a variety of local routes and operations
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
• Support customer commitments by providing reliable route coverage as needed

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Overtime pay after 40 hours
• Full-time permanent position
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Weekly Direct Deposit

Two Schedule Options:

Monday-Friday Route

• Varying start and end times
• Pay Rate: $28.00/hour

Flexible Schedule Route

• Must be available to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
• Schedule may include Sunday-Saturday
• Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
