Class A CDL Truck Driver

About the Role

Century Products is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. This position hauls company freight using a tractor and 53-foot step-deck trailer. Freight is primarily strap-and-go, with occasional tarping depending on the load. This is a full-time weekday travel position with most weekends at home.

Responsibilities

· Safely operate a tractor and 53-foot step-deck trailer.

· Properly strap, secure, and protect freight.

· Inspect load securement before departure and throughout each trip as required.

· Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

· Maintain accurate logs, mileage records, and delivery paperwork.

· Follow all DOT regulations and Century Products safety requirements.

· Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members.

· Keep assigned equipment clean and report maintenance concerns promptly.

Qualifications

· Valid Class A CDL required.

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Acceptable driving record and ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.

· Knowledge of proper load securement.

· Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently.

· Must be willing and able to travel during the workweek.

· Step-deck, flatbed, or similar open-deck hauling experience preferred.
